Since WPOven.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is used. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. We offer full feature enabled 14 day risk free trial version so a user can completely understand the product and see if it suits his needs.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the products we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
  • Server incompatibility – In case after purchase the software can not be installed on your server and even our technical team cannot resolve the problem a refund will be issued in this case. It is always recommend Users use the free trial to test thing out before the purchase.
  • Service Unavailability – In case of Service unavailability within 30 days of purchase which can not be resolved by a product update.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

Only one refund request is allowed per WPOven account.

Refund Policy

One would only qualify for a refund if the following conditions are met :

  •  One migrates an existing, running WordPress Site with actual traffic to the WPOven server.
  •  The site should be running on the WPOven server for atleast 7days.
  •  You have not requested for a refund before from the same account.
  • Refunds are only valid for monthly subscriptions and not on Annual plans
