If you are looking to create a new Database from your WPOven dashboard, you will not be able to add a dashboard directly, due to our system security settings, you would need to add a new site to your WPOven dashboard https://www.wpoven.com/sites/add
Once the site has been added you can then use the database details of this new site and use the database as required.
