In case you forget to make the payment for the server within 7 days of the Due date, then your server will be shut down, and you would be informed 24 hours prior to the shut down via Support Ticket first. All your site data would still be safe and on the server. Once the dues have been cleared the server would again be turned back on.
In case the Dues are not cleared within 14 days of the Due date, the server would be queued for deletion and you would be informed 24 hours earlier, first before deletion via Support Ticket. After deletion you would loose any and all the data present on your server.
