Our free migration service covers everything which comes under WordPress or is a part of it .
There are a few limits -
1. Upto 10 custom .htaccess rules for free , rest at 1 USD / rule .
2. Non WordPress like phpbb,vbulleting,mediawiki etc can be moved to our setup but are charged separately for migration.
3. Migration takes between 24 - 48 on an average .
4. Migration is free for upto 1 site per server , for more sites please contact support.
