While adding a site on the WPOven dashboard, you can install WordPress in any one of the following languages :
- English
- Arabic
- Chinese
- French
- German
- Japanese
- Korean
- Portuguese
- Russian
- Spanish
If you wish to install the WordPress site in any other language than the ones mentioned above, you can follow the below mentioned steps :
Step 1 : Add the Site from the WPOven dashboard by selecting any other language (For Example : English).
Step 2 : Once the Site is added, open the 'wp-config.php' file, by accessing it from a SFTP Manager like FileZilla or through the File Manager in the Site Tools section of the WPOven dashboard.
Step 3 : In the 'wp-config.php' file, find the line that looks like :
define('WPLANG', '');In this line simply add the WP Locale code for the language you wish to have the WordPress site in. You can see the WordPress Locale Codes here
For example, if you wish to set the language as Danish (whose Locale code is 'da_DK'), then the line in the 'wp-config.php' file would look like :
